Melodies for Healing: The Power of Music Therapy: *In-Person: Eastgate*
Music therapy plays a significant role in cancer care, offering support and enhancing well-being for individuals and their families. We will explore what Music Therapy is and its benefits in an interactive way. Participants will have opportunities to engage in sample interventions, with no prior musical experience required. If you would like to simply learn more, attend and allow a Board-Certified Music Therapist to show how music therapy connects to, and nurtures the person beyond the diagnosis.
Healthy lifestyle classes can help people affected by cancer to keep their strength up, reduce stress, and promote optimum health and survivorship.
