Meet NBA Star Matas Buzelis at Guzman y Gomez Naperville
Guzman y Gomez (GYG), the fast-growing restaurant brand known for reinventing fast food with real ingredients and bold flavors, will host a special fan meet-and-greet (photos only) with professional basketball player Matas Buzelis at its Naperville restaurant on Sunday, March 22.
Part of GYG’s partnership with Uber Eats, the event will give fans the opportunity to meet Matas, snap photos and enjoy GYG’s fresh Mexican inspired favorites as part of an in-store celebration. To celebrate, the first 14 guests will win free burritos for a year* making it a must-attend event for local fans.
Fans can also order Matas’ go-to GYG meal: a burrito bowl with ground beef and chicken, served with Chipotle-seasoned fries and chips with guac.
The event will kick off from 5:00pm, with fans encouraged to arrive early to secure their spot and enjoy GYG’s fresh Mexican-inspired favorites. The meet-and-greet with Matas will run from 5:30pm to 6:30pm, giving guests the chance to snap photos and meet the rising basketball star in-store.
Guests who make a purchase during the event will also receive free chips and guacamole, available throughout the evening until 7:00pm.
