We all want to feel good about ourselves. This helps us in our daily life, our relationships, and our spiritual development. However, when we lack self-esteem, and our self-view is not positive, our whole life can be adversely affected.
During this day course, we will learn how to look at ourselves differently and relate to our extraordinary potential rather than our limitations. Awakening this inner confidence through Buddhist wisdom will help us to experience real happiness, improve ourselves, and benefit others.
This course will be taught by Gen Tenzin, a Buddhist monk with over 15 years of teaching experience.
