Matt Axton with Jesse & Noah - Double Legacy Show
Matt Axton brings his country, rock and folk, a unique sound he likes to call a "humble slice of Americana," to Nashville on his Blue Sky Rain Tour. Matt boasts over 300 original songs and captures audiences with his rich baritone voice, his ripping finger-picking guitar and his witty storytelling. Matt will showcase songs from his Blue Sky Rain album and have you kicking up some dust with new Americana rock. As with every show, Matt honors both his grandmother and his father playing a few Mae "Queen Mother of Nashville" (Heartbreak Hotel) and Hoyt Axton hits (Never Been to Spain, Joy to the World).
Jesse and Noah have a wide array of music in their background. Born in Darby, Florida, the brothers were raised on the family cattle ranch but chose music as a career. By the time they moved to Nashville in 2002, they were well versed in the older country music that their grandmother loved and the pop/country sounds played by David and Howard Bellamy, known around the world as the Bellamy Brothers. David just happens to be their dad. The duo’s latest single, “The Vision,” was just released. It has an accompanying video filmed in the badlands of Alberta, Canada.
