Our classes will help to improve your strength, endurance, mobility and flexibility. All classes are open level and beginners are always welcome. If you are new, please arrive 10 minutes early to inform your instructor so they will provide modifications and assistance. Please notify your instructor before class if you are pregnant or injured.
