Mat Pilates and Wellness Event on The Green at JW
In celebration of National Wellness Month, we've teamed up with the finest local wellness brands and providers to bring you a morning of mind and body alignment with offerings including:
- Studio Pilates - 50-minute Mat Pilates class, perfect for all fitness and Pilates experience levels!
- UrbanSweat - Cold Plunge bath to elevate your mood and boost your immunity and metabolism (don't forget your suit!)
- BEAM - Samples of, and education on, Health Supplements

Plus! Participants of Studio Pilates Nashville Bingo have a chance to win a Daytime Rooftop Pool Cabana at JW Marriott Nashville, (1) Free Month of classes at Studio Pilates, and (3) Laser Treatments + (40) units of Botox from Smiley Aesthetics.
Where is The Green at JW? Simply pull up to valet to park, then walk towards Demonbreun (either through or around the hotel), then turn left (heading towards Cummins Station), you'll see the green straight ahead, on the left, next to the hotel! Mats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and valet parking is provided complimentary to anyone who dines in Stompin' Grounds Market or Restaurant before, or after the class.
