Approaches to subject matter are markedly dissimilar as each artist experiences objects in personal ways, and representations generally echo perception. Works are formulated based on distinctive experiences, learning, and emotional responses. We can also add the choice of material used into that equation. Topics may be the same, but presentations are individual and unique. This series will look at the manner in which various genres have been treated, leading to the production of individual masterpieces.
