Masterclass: The Wall ~ Alignment Based Yoga
The wall acts as an anchor assisting in maintaining precise alignment and form, and is an excellent option for exploring postures and transitions safely while building confidence, flexibility, and strength within your practice.
Working with the wall can challenge any level of yogi in new ways, helping deepen practice.
All levels are welcome to this workshop.
Our time together will conclude with a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath with Rebecca Machado to enhance a state of relaxation and meditation, supporting a sense of balance and well-being.
