Set within the resort’s beautiful and intimate Hilltop Living Room, the evening offers a rare opportunity to explore Martell’s legacy collection, including L'Or de Jean Martell, expertly presented by Martell's Brand Ambassador.
Accompanying the pours are four inspired courses by FARM Chef de Cuisine John Carney, all designed to bring out the bold and vibrant profiles of each cognac. True to FARM, dishes will celebrate the area’s rich agriculture bounty and fresh harvest from the resort’s own culinary gardens.
