March 24 & 25 Wood LIbrary Mini Golf
On March 24-25, Wood Library will transform into a fun and challenging 18-hole miniature golf course laid out indoors over several floors of the library.
Friends of Wood Library and families from all over the greater Canandaigua community can shake off winter’s cabin fever by sinking some sensational putts using real putters and golf balls on various artificial greens. In addition to the putting fun, there will be raffles, a silent auction, and an engaging 19th hole as “golfers” exit the library after their round and a toddler course. It’s guaranteed to be pure fun.
The Friday “Fairway Frolic”, March 24 from 5-8 p.m., is for adults-only (21 years old and up). There will be 18 holes of mini-golf, plus a 19th hole with libations and a take-home gift. Cost is $25 per person. Registration is required.
The family-friendly “Library Links” is on Saturday, March 25, from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m., featuring 18 holes of mini-golf decorated by our generous sponsors. We will also have a toddler course! Cost is $5 per person and free for children age 4 and under. To facilitate the speed of play, the maximum group number is 6. Registration is required (see below).
