"Major Taylor" author/illustrator Fred Noland
Author/illustrator (and cyclist) Frederick Noland of Oakland, CA, will discuss the making of his graphic biography "Major Taylor: The World's Fastest Man" (Drawn & Quarterly, September 2026) at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2026, at the Major Taylor Museum, 2 Main St., Worcester, in conversation with Lynne Tolman of the Major Taylor Association. Admission is free. TidePool BookShop of Worcester will handle book sales. Park on the street or in the lot at 40 Highland St.
