With a shared connection and respect for heirloom corn, much like Maíz, Chef Gustavo opened Nixta Tortillería in 2020 to celebrate the craft of nixtamal and the rich history of Mexican corn, bringing truly great tortillas and the traditions behind them to Minneapolis.
