MAINPLACE INVITES SHOPPERS TO PARTICIPATE IN A RED CROSS BLOOD DRIVE
Every two seconds someone in the U.S. needs blood. Whether a patient receives whole blood, red cells, platelets or plasma, this lifesaving care starts with one person making a generous donation. However, the American Red Cross has recently declared an emergency blood shortage with the number of donors hitting a 20-year low. To help, MainPlace, a three-story super-regional shopping center in Santa Ana, California (www.shopmainplacemall.com), invites shoppers to participate in a Red Cross Blood Drive held in the center’s MyPerks Lounge on Monday, July 15th, and Tuesday, August 13th, between noon and 6 p.m. Donor incentives will be announced prior to each event.
