Scott Spelker, the creator, will be educating us on the app. When Scott is not on the golf course, is spreading the word about our town's amazing history. To that end, Scott has led trolley tours, cemetery tours, and has lectured in our schools. He has spoken before the Thursday Morning Club, the Madison Girl Scouts, and at St. Vincent’s. He has also led several tours and given interviews about the "Kluxen Murder" that occurred in 1921.
