Madison Area Embroiderer's Guild Show, The Art of the Needle
Free admission to the annual show put on by the members of the Madison Area Chapter of the Embroiderers' Guild of America. This is a large and active chapter of the national organization with members who teach embroidery techniques throughout the area. The show features stitching by chapter members. In addition, there is a Holiday Boutique sale of items handmade by chapter members and a stash sale of books, patterns and stitching supplies donated by chapter members. Stitching educational opportunities occur at the event. Homemade treats are available to enjoy while at the show.
