“Luv Ya, Bum” World Premiere at SXSW 2025
Lucky Number 8 Productions, is proud to announce the world premiere of “Luv Ya, Bum!” at the 2025 South by Southwest (SXSW) Film Festival happening Thursday, March 13 at 12:30 p.m. The film is a feature-length documentary celebrating legendary NFL coach Bum Phillips, who led the Houston Oilers and became a national icon. This documentary features exclusive interviews with football icons like Hall of Famer Earl Campbell, former Oilers quarterback Dan Pastorini, Peyton Manning, Sean McVay, Terry Bradshaw, Jerry Jones, J.J. Watt, Von Miller, DeMarcus Ware, as well as Bum’s son and grandson, esteemed coaches Wade and Wes Phillips. The film is also narrated by acclaimed actor Dennis Quaid.
