Love, Loss and What I Ate
Every time something big happens in our lives, food is never far away. In this new play, written by the actors themselves, the actors used their own family’s recipes to inspire them to explore their relationship to food as a source of connection and culture, creating scenes both bitter and sweet. At the final production, audience members will enjoy a small taste of food, and a canned food drive will also be held on each performance night. Directed by Mudlark Artistic Producer Rebecca Rose Schilsky. Friday April 14 at 7 p.m., Saturday April 15 at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., Sunday, April 16 at 3 p.m., Friday, April 21 at 7 p.m. and Saturday April 22 at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Tickets are $20.
