Supraconscious Anti-Pop Toonslop
Exhibit Reception: Friday, September 19, 6-10pm
Local artist Louis Bardales presents Supraconscious Anti-Pop Toonslop
at the Chicago Billiard Cafe. Drawn from the poet Vicente Huidobro’s
concept of the ‘supraconcious’ and Bardales’ lifelong engagement with the
visual language of comics and cartoons, this exhibition brings forth a body
of work that reveals the uncanny and surreal from a new and singular vision.
CBC is available for private event rentals and offers bar and food service.
We have 16 pool tables and a rotating list of 16 pinball machines. Additionally, we host
trivia nights, pool and pinball tournaments and leagues.

CBC is family friendly, however admission after 8pm is 21+.
