Los Dos Potrillos Reopens Its Beloved Littleton Location
Los Dos Potrillos, the family-owned restaurant known for authentic Mexican comfort food, award-winning house-brewed beers and a specialty cocktail menu — reopens on July 9 at 11:00am at 10065 West San Juan Way, returning this summer after a March 3 kitchen fire temporarily closed its doors.
The months of repairs became an opportunity for Ramirez Hospitality Group, which used the closure to reimagine the 7,389-square-foot space into a warmer, more welcoming room designed to feel like coming home — anchored by a new Wall of Traditions that pays tribute to the family recipes and heritage that have defined Los Dos Potrillos for more than two decades. The redesign leans into the neighborhood feel that Littleton guests have always loved.
