In addition to the restaurant’s a la carte offerings, the Lobster Camp menu will feature the restaurant’s refreshing white sangria alongside Chef Turbush’s signature Lobster Rolls, available to order Connecticut-style (with drawn butter) or Maine-style (with housemade lemon mayo).
