Living Well with ADHD: All Ages and Stages
Join us for an engaging program designed to deepen understanding of ADHD and explore pathways to thriving with it across the lifespan. Together, we’ll uncover the real-life realities of ADHD, from what’s visible on the surface to the challenges often hidden underneath, including the complexities of diagnosis and family patterns.
We’ll then explore ADHD coaching as a supportive process, highlighting a multimodal approach that can empower individuals not only with ADHD but across all forms of neurodivergence.
A deep dive into executive function will bring theory to life—introducing key frameworks such as the Dawson-Guare model—while also sharing real-world stories of growth and resilience.
Finally, we’ll close with a message of hope, offering tools and perspectives for reframing success and supporting both individuals and families in living well with ADHD at every stage of life.
