Owned by husband-and-wife team Jason and Katherine Dwight, this hyper-local, organic restaurant takes sustainability to the next level: whole-animal butchery, house-fermented ingredients, scratch-made everything, and a zero-waste kitchen model.
Their cocktail program is equally intentional, built around Arizona spirits, preserved ingredients, and seasonal infusions that mirror what's on the plate.
