Live Music and Dance @ Las Palmas Grand Sunday, Dec 17, 2023 from 1:30-5:00
Larry has been entertaining music aficionados’ across the country with his talents on the button accordion for many years. Larry started on the button accordion when he was just 5 years old. At the ripe old age of 8, he was already performing publicly for private house parties. He started playing with the Country Farm Hands or the Marshall Miller Band at the age of 15. His first band, Larry’s concertina Band, was formed when he was just 17 years old!
So come on out and let the Larry Rysavy Band provide you with an afternoon of musical entertainment! What with his many years of expertise on the concertina, he’s sure to hit a note that will get up off your polka chair and unto our beautiful wood dance floor! Directions to the Las Palmas Grand club house: enter through the main gate off Ellsworth Road and head to the club house (inform guard you are attending the dance). Parking is provided around the club house. Please do not park in reserved spots or by the fountain in the front of facility or block any residents driveway. Enter facility, go past reception desk on the left, first hallway make a left. Enter double doors at end of hallway. Tickets are sold at the door and can be purchased as follows:
$8 for members of the Po.L.K. of A / Arizona Chapter while non- members pay $10 for entrance or; save on future dances by joining the Klub for only $10 annually and receive member ticket pricing. BYOB; ice, water and cups are provided by the Klub. So head on over to Las Palmas Grand, Sunday, December 17 from 1:30-5:00 and enjoy an afternoon of music and friendship while seeing old, as-well-as making new friends.
