Live Concert - Jane Rothfield and Allan Carr at Perkasie Patchwork Coffeehouse
You are invited to the Perkasie Mennonite Church's Patchwork Coffeehouse live concert with Janie Rothfield and Allan Carr on March 23, 2024, 7:30 pm, at 320 W Chestnut St., Perkasie, Pa. Come enjoy Scottish and American Old Time Music - Old and New! Doors open at 7 pm with performances at 7:30.
All ticket sales at door, no advance sales, no reservations. Adults $15, Adults over 65 $12, Students 13 and up $8, 12 & under Free. Delicious desserts and drinks are available. Our building is wheelchair accessible.
Award winning fiddler Janie Rothfield and husband Scottish singer and guitarist Allan Carr have been playing and recording their unique blend of Celtic and Appalachian music for over 40 years! Janie and Allan play roots music that is directly from the source while expanding on that tradition with newly composed songs and tunes. Great singing, hot instrumentals and with Allan’s humor, always a whole lot of fun! They have over a dozen recordings to their credit and have a new DUO recording coming out in Summer of 2024, featuring their signature unique sound that blends the old with the new and back again!
A portion of our proceeds go to a local or international social cause. This concert’s benefit is RamPacks. RamPacks provides food on weekends and school holidays to children experiencing food insecurity in the Pennridge School District so they are able to come to school ready to learn. You can also drop off donations of non-perishable food at Patchwork for Pennridge FISH (Fellowship in Serving Humanity), our local non-profit food pantry and clothing outlet here in Perkasie at all our concerts.
