Lit Yule Love! A Free Virtual Broadcast Tour from Literary Pub Crawl
Join us for a FESTIVE evening focusing on cultural and literary winter holiday traditions. We'll regale you with readings, ponderings, and... a great Christmas debate! Yes, there will be Dickens. Yes, there will be Clement Clarke Moore. Yes, there will be at least 50% less ghosts than last year's tour. But most importantly, it will be FUN (and we will be FUNNY... okay at least MOST of the guides will be, but definitely not Eric, ever). We'll explore the hidden stories behind renowned literary works, holiday origins, and infamous traditions; immerse yourself all from the comfort of your own home. We begin with a toast (so have your beverage of choice ready at home to join us), followed by 45 minutes of stories, slides, performances, and readings from our guides, and we close with a Q&A. We try to be punctual, but sometimes there are too many tales to tell and time gets the best of us. We promise to stay on for at least 15 minutes to answer questions at the end of our tour.
