Life Time Raising Money for ALS Research and Children’s Health with “GO90” Workout Event
On Saturday, Sept. 28th, Life Time will host its inaugural GO90 workout fundraiser to support Augie’s Quest to Cure ALS and the Life Time Foundation.
Anyone can participate in GO90 at Life Time. A $25 donation reserves your spot in class, with proceeds benefitting both causes. The 90-minute circuit-style workout will feature one or more of Life Time’s signature group training formats: GTX, Alpha and Ultra Fit. The class duration was thoughtfully selected to symbolize that someone is diagnosed with ALS every 90 minutes.
