WE NEED YOUR OLD BOOKS
Donation Day Thursday, Feb. 23, at Irmo Library
The Friends of the Irmo Branch Library, 6251 St. Andrews Road, will accept donations of used books and media on Thursday, Feb. 23, from 2-5 p.m.
Books may be dropped off curbside at the side entrance to the library, where Friends volunteers will assist in unloading. Or you may bring books to the library’s Mungo Room.
The library does not accept VHS tapes, magazines/journals, encyclopedias, old text books, travel books more than 3 years old, Readers Digest condensed books, or moldy, damaged or ripped books.
PLEASE DO NOT DROP OFF DONATIONS AT THE LIBRARY ANY TIME OTHER THAN THE DESIGNATED DONATION DAYS & TIMES.
Donations of books and media supply both the Friends Book Store inside the library and the
twice yearly Friends Book Sale. Our Spring Book Sale is scheduled April 27-30.
