Buffalo’s vibrant Lexington & Ashland neighborhood will come alive on Saturday, August 29, 2026, as Lex Fest returns from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., celebrating the creativity and small businesses that make the neighborhood one of the city’s most unique destinations. The festival will feature local artists, jewelry makers, vintage vendors, handcrafted goods, and unique shopping experiences, giving visitors the opportunity to discover one-of-a-kind treasures while supporting Buffalo’s local creative community. Guests are encouraged to stroll the neighborhood, meet local makers, and visit participating businesses, including: • Turnstyle Designs • Relle Salon • Wild Things • Bicycle Bottle Shop • The FarmShop • The Place, where visitors can enjoy food and beverages throughout the day. Located at the corner of Lexington Avenue and Ashland Avenue, Lex Fest is designed to showcase the neighborhood’s independent shops while creating a fun, walkable event for families, friends, and visitors from across Western New York. “This festival is about more than shopping,” organizers said. “It’s about celebrating the people, creativity, and small businesses that make the Lexington & Ashland neighborhood such a special place in Buffalo.” Attendees can scan the event QR code for a complete list of participating artists and vendors before or during the festival.
