Would your high school student know what to do in a mental health crisis?
Most of us know how to respond in a medical emergency. But what if someone is having a panic attack or showing signs of substance use?
Just like CPR prepares you to help in a physical health crisis, Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to support someone facing a mental health or substance use challenge. This evidence-based, early-intervention course empowers youth with the skills to recognize, respond and connect individuals to appropriate care.
