Learn About Coastal Access in Narragansett
The Narragansett Town Council, in 2021, restored parking at three Coastal Resources Management Council-designated shoreline rights-of-way in Point Judith, and established the Coastal Access Improvement Committee to study shoreline access issues and make recommendations to the council.
In this webinar, Jesse Pugh, town council president, Cinna Zerquera-Martin, committee chairman, and Leah Feldman of the CRMC will talk about what Narragansett has done to work with the state and expand and improve public shoreline access in the town, efforts that may be a model for other communities.
