6:30 am - registration / packet pick up opens at the Lake Norman State Park beach parking lot. 
8:00 am - Half Marathon start
8:15 am - 5K start
9:15 am - 5K awards ceremony
10:00 am - Half Marathon awards ceremony
11:00am - Half Marathon course closes

Register by 11/20/22 to guarantee a race tshirt.

Beneficiary
Human Health Project. This organization issues grants to local food shelters. We ask all attendees to bring a non-perishable food item.

-There is a 3 hour time cut off for the half marathon. 
- Both courses are on asphalt road - no off road. 
- All athletes receive a participation medal. 
- Strollers start in the back of the 5K. 
- Toddlers under 4 can run / walk with parents for free. 
- No pets, firearms or alcohol permitted.
