On Monday July 29 and Tuesday July 30 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. La Mar Cocina Peruana will host a job fair to interview and hire staff for both front- and back-of-house positions in preparation for La Mar Bellevue’s upcoming opening! The job fair will take place near to the restaurant’s future location: 10516 Main Street Bellevue WA 98004.
Created by acclaimed Peruvian chef Gastón Acurio La Mar Cocina Peruana is bringing authentic Peruvian cuisine to downtown Bellevue and will be filling over 70 positions including:
-Front-of-house: lead bartender bartender server host food/drink runner busser barback stocker
-Back-of-house: line cook prep cook pastry cook dishwasher and more
-Management and other: bar manager restaurant manager banquet manager sommelier
