La Doña - Los Altos de la Soledad Tour
Come celebrate Vinilious' 2-year anniversary with La Doña y sus cuates + special guests TBA, live painters & our fav vendors. La Doña is a solo artist, music educator, activist & cultural worker from San Francisco. Born Cecilia Peña-Govea, she began her career at age seven playing trumpet, strings & percussion in her family's conjunto. She is a student, teacher & preservationist of Latinx traditional arts like corridors, bolero, cumbia and mariachi. In her compositions, she combines these traditions with contemporary disport music like reggaeton, hip-hop & jazz. You don't wanna miss it!
