La Catrina and Posada, a Grave Dance
In this one-act play by Jim Nikas, José Guadalupe Posada sits alone in his México City apartment, drinking Tequila as he has done for years. A now well-known figure, la Catrina (created by Posadas) comes to visit him. Real or dream, a debate ensues to a final date in the grave. Patrons will also get to see the Day of the Dead exhibit and listen to Mission Bohemia Trio.
