"Kurinuki" Pottery Workshop - Ceramic Lantern/Incense Burner Cottage
Join us over the Holiday break to make a ceramic lantern or incense burner cottage. Grab some friends or visiting family to try something new!!

Learn how to use the Japanese technique of Kurinuki, meaning to carve. We will start with a solid block of clay and carve and cut and dig out the clay to make an adorable cottage box that can be a lantern, box or incense holder!
Boxes measure approximately 5” X 6”
Decorate you box with pine leaves, texture, phrases and designs.
Boxes will be glaze and fired by The Clay and Metal Loft and will be available for pick up 3 weeks after class date!
