Kooks, Inc. The Art of Humble Sea Brewing Co.
Meet artist Juan Llorens, the creator behind the art for Humble Sea Brewing Co. A reception will be held on First Friday from 5-9pm with craft beer provided by Humble Sea.
What’s especially interesting about Llorens’ art is how it plays with your perception. At first glance, his characters might seem friendly and relatable because of our own past visual experiences. But look a little closer, and they transform into complex figures that throw you off balance, mixing innocence with a darker, mysterious vibe. Born in 1981 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Juan Llorens lives and works in the same vibrant city. He holds a degree in Graphic Design from the University of Buenos Aires and is also an illustrator.
