Celebrating and Supporting Creative Community Projects, Knoxville SOUP is a community micro-funding dinner that brings people together to support civic ideas in Knox County.
For a suggested donation of $5, attendees receive a simple meal of soup, salad, bread, dessert — and a vote. Community members present project ideas, attendees vote for their favorite proposal, and all dinner donations are awarded to the winning project.
Knoxville SOUP is currently accepting project proposals for initiatives taking place anywhere in Knox County. To apply, visit KnoxvilleSOUP.org and complete a brief proposal form.
Proposal deadline: June 16.
