Knife Skills Dinner – Soups
Join Chef Fairfield in perfecting your knife skills while making two excellent soups! Great knife skills make great soups – prepare Creamy Chicken and Vegetable Tortilla Soup, and an Asian Inspired Vegetable Soup! This class is for ages 16+.

Sauté, Sweat, Simmer
Knife Skills including different knife cuts
Foundations of great soups
