Kiwanis Youth Symphony 70th Anniversary Concert
RACINE, WI - February 28, 2024 - The Racine Kiwanis Youth Symphony proudly announces its upcoming 70th Anniversary concert, scheduled to take place on June 2nd, 2024 at 2 pm at First Presbyterian Church at 716 College Avenue, Racine.
Since its inception in 1953, the Kiwanis Youth Symphony has been a cornerstone of musical education and enrichment for the youth of Racine. Dedicated to nurturing talent and fostering a love for music, the symphony has provided countless students with a challenging and rewarding musical experience.
The 70th Anniversary concert promises to be a highlight of the symphony's storied history. The event is set to showcase the exceptional talents of the symphony's current members, as well as pay homage to its rich legacy.
As part of the celebrations, the Kiwanis Youth Symphony extends a special invitation to all alumni to join in the festivities. Alumni are encouraged to mark their calendars for June 2nd and consider participating in the concert by playing alongside the current members for one to two songs. This unique opportunity to reunite with former fellow musicians and contribute to the symphony's continued success is not to be missed.
