KIwanis Club of Newark Membership Mixer
Do you have a desire to help the children in our community? The Kiwanis Club of Newark is inviting you to join us for a membership mixer on October 21st at 6:00 at Parker’s Grille and Tap Room at 206 S. Main St in Newark. Please join us to find out how you can make a difference in our community. We will be serving light appetizers. Cash bar will be available.
Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world, one child and one community at a time. The Kiwanis Club of Newark has been a proud member of Kiwanis International since 1980. You may have noticed some of our community activities. We put boxes around town at local businesses and collect school supplies to be donated to our Elementary Schools. We then purchase gift cards for the schools so that teachers can buy things that their classroom needs. Or, maybe you saw our Facebook page where we assemble gift boxes for children at ABC Daycare to brighten up their Christmas.
We are looking to add new members so that we can make a greater impact for the children of Newark. Your participation will allow us to provide even more for the Newark Community.
