As the year comes to a close, you are warmly invited into a peaceful, contemplative service designed to quiet the mind and open the heart. Kirtan Sādhana blends simple chanting, sacred poetry, and moments of shared silence to create a spacious environment for inner reflection and renewal.
“Kirtan” refers to the gentle practice of call-and-response singing, and “Sādhana” means a spiritual practice that helps us return to presence. Together, these elements invite us into grounding, connection, and a deeper listening within ourselves and with one another.
No experience with chanting or meditation is needed—participate in whatever way feels comfortable: listen, hum, sing, or simply rest in the shared field of sound.
