Kira Willey | Jelly Bean Jam – Songs & Stories for All Ages Family Series
Kira Willey is an award-winning children’s music artist, author, kids’ yoga & mindfulness expert, TEDx speaker, and creator of Rockin’ Yoga school programs and the Rockin’ Yoga membership. Her seven albums for kids have all won numerous industry awards and earned national acclaim; hit songs include “Colors,” which was featured in a worldwide Dell ad campaign. Every Voice, won Parents’ Choice Gold, and her single “Real Girl” won ASCAP’s prestigious Children’s Songwriting Award. Her most recent release is Songs for Peaceful Pandas, a two-volume collection of songs that pair with her book Peaceful Like a Panda. PBS TV affiliates nationwide air “Breathe With Me” and “Fireflies Yoga,” two yoga-for-kids programs Kira created and hosts; and her “Music You Can Move To” series with kids’ music superstar Laurie Berkner can be heard daily on SiriusXM Radio.
Get ready for a delightful family experience at the “Jelly Bean Jam – Songs & Stories for All Ages”! Kids and their families are invited each month on a Sunday afternoon to immerse themselves with different visiting artists for performances of music, dance, puppetry, storytelling, and other creative arts within the cozy confines of Godfrey Daniels – the legendary music listening room in South Bethlehem. Relaxed cozy atmosphere, with hot drinks, cookies, and fizzy drinks at the snack bar with prices from fifty cents to four dollars, so bring your small change. BYOM Venue (Bring Your Own Milk...) We will also have a quiet-down corner in the lobby with crayons and paper for anyone needing a break.
