Kingston Chamber Music Festival

The Kingston Chamber Music Festival’s 37th season will take place July 23–August 3, 2025 in Edwards Hall on the University of Rhode Island’s Kingston campus. This beloved summer festival brings world-class musicians to the Ocean State for an inspiring series of performances. This year’s theme, From Coast to Cadence, celebrates creativity, collaboration, and the joy of live music in the Ocean State. As internationally acclaimed musicians gather to play together–either within established ensembles or in groups brought together for one concert on our stage–their incredible skill and passion brings a wide range of repertoire to life. Hear fresh takes on cherished classics in the chamber music repertoire and discover new works from living composers such as Marvin Camacho, one of Latin America’s leading composers and Jerod Impichchaachaaha' Tate, a pianist and composer from the Chickasaw Nation in Oklahoma. Concerts are $40 each and subscriptions are available for the 6-concert regular series for a 10% discount. Free tickets are available for students age 25 and younger with a student ID.
