Kids 'n Kinship Youth Mentoring Information Session
Want to make a difference in the life of a local youth? Our volunteer mentors consistently tell us how mentoring isn’t just about offering guidance—it’s about making a real, lasting difference. Imagine being part of someone’s growth and helping them discover what’s possible.
We have 38 kids in Dakota County (ages 5-16) currently waiting for a mentor. Some have been waiting a year or more (some have waited almost 5 years!) Our largest demand is for male mentors as more than half of our waitlist are boys. We welcome individuals, couples and families to volunteer to mentor. Anyone interested in learning more about our community and school-based mentoring programs, as well as becoming a mentor, is invited to attend an Information Session.
