Keeler’s Neighborhood Steakhouse Announces Sinegal Wine Dinner SEPT. 24
On Wednesday, Sept. 24 at 6 p.m., the family-owned and operated Keeler’s Neighborhood Steakhouse is pleased to present a five-course wine dinner featuring varietals from Sinegal Estate.
The special menu and pairings for this evening are as follows:
First Course: Seared Scallops with mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus and lemon-caper beurre blanc
Pairing: 2022 Details by Sinegal Sauvignon Blanc, North Coast
Second Course: Pan-Seared Duck with wild mushroom risotto
Pairing: 2023 Sinegal Estate Pinot Noir, Sonoma
Third Course: Stuffed Pork Tenderloin with chorizo and black cherries, glazed carrots and roasted potatoes
Pairing: 2022 Details by Sinegal Cabernet Sauvignon
Fourth Course: Charred NY Strip Steak with herb compound butter, green beans and confit fingerling potatoes
Pairing: Side by Side of 2022 Sinegal Estate Sonoma and Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Dessert: Chef’s Special Crème Brûlée
