Kansas City Shootout for Soldiers Lacrosse Festival September 26
LEE'S SUMMIT, Mo. — Paragon Star will host the Kansas City Shootout for Soldiers Lacrosse Festival on Saturday, September 26, 2026, bringing together athletes, families, Veterans, First Responders, and the community for a full day of competition and celebration in support of those who serve.
The festival is part of the national Shootout for Soldiers movement, which uses the game of lacrosse to build meaningful connections while raising awareness and support for Veterans and First Responders.
The event will feature collegiate lacrosse, youth sevens competitions, a rugby exhibition, a Veterans game, food trucks, live music, vendors, contests, and family-friendly activities throughout the day.
A highlight of the festival will be the Ceremony of Honor, recognizing the service and sacrifice of Veterans and First Responders while celebrating the healing power of sport and community.
Participants may register as players, team managers, or volunteers, and every registration helps support the organization's mission and fundraising efforts for programs benefiting those who have served.
The Kansas City Shootout for Soldiers Lacrosse Festival will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Paragon Star, 1401 NW River Road, Lee's Summit, Missouri.
Community members are encouraged to attend, support the event, and help honor those who have dedicated their lives to serving others.
