Kachina Cantina x Toro: A Mezcal Dinner
Save the date: on March 5th, 2026 from 6 - 8pm, we're partnering with Toro Latin Kitchen and La Luna Mezcal for a collaborative chef's dinner, hosted at Kachina Cantina. We'll explore several mezcal expressions from La Luna, perfectly paired with specialty bites curated with inspiration from the executive chefs at Kachina Cantina and Toro Latin Kitchen.

Ceviche Mestizo x "Black Label Ensamble"

Pork Belly De La Milpa x "Espadincillo"
creamy hominy, kabocha squash, oyster mushrooms, xoconostle sauce, roasted pepitas, micro greens
Filet De Maíz Azul x "Tequilana"
purple potato purée, grilled zucchini, pickled golden beets with almond crumb, pasilla fig reduction
Mar & Sol x "Manso Sahuayo"
coconut foam, pineapple tapioca, mint granita, passion fruit syrup, mango sorbet
