The tour will include highlights from the collection honoring the nation’s 250th anniversary July 4th, 2026. Community cookbooks showcasing the organizations and people of Rhode Island will lead our RI250 celebration. The tasting includes complimentary sweet treats and house-brewed seasonal chilled tea. As an extension of JWU Library, the Culinary Arts Museum on Johnson & Wales University’s Harborside Campus stores and exhibits hundreds of thousands of historic artifacts associated with the fields of culinary arts, food studies, and hospitality. There are currently sixteen curriculum-driven exhibits on display.
