The evening begins at 6:30 p.m. and will showcase a four-course prix-fixe menu expertly paired with Copper Cane’s finest selections. Guests will embark on a rich and flavorful journey, guided by the resort’s talented culinary team and the artistry of one of California’s most celebrated wine producers.
The dinner menu includes:
First Course – Prosciutto-wrapped shrimp with a smoked honey sriracha glaze, paired with Thread Count Sauvignon Blanc
Second Course – Caprese salad with a burrata purée, balsamic marinated tomatoes, lemon-olive oil, basil butter and balsamic pearls, paired with Belle Glos Dairyman Pinot Noir
Third Course – Wagyu skirt steak with spinach, Manchego and herbs, paired with Quilt Cabernet Sauvignon
Finale – Chocolate Napolean, paired with Quilt Red Blend
