JWB Wine Experience: A Tour of France
A Tour of France features a four-course gourmet menu inspired by regional French cuisine; each course expertly paired with celebrated wines from Champagne, Loire Valley and Bordeaux. From elegant hors d'oeuvres to a sweet finale, this evening promises to delight your palate and transport you to the heart of France-without ever leaving the beach.
The prix fixe menu includes:
- First Course: Chilled Pea Velouté matched with Hubert Brochard Sancerre
- Second Course: Butter-Poached Langoustine matched with Gosset Grand Réserve, Reims
- Third Course: Chateaubriand matched with Bordeaux Blend
- Finale: Deconstructed Chocolate Napoleon Cake matched with Louis Jadot Pinot Noir, Burgundy
